Our Standard Membership is for all our students, available to all ages. It includes all the classes on our schedules!
Our Teen & Adult Program is designed to be more vigorous, fitness-focused, and complex in curriculum. We also focus on overall flexibility, strength and conditioning, and health of our students! It is a challenging curriculum designed with modification for all ages and abilities.
Practicing Taekwondo as an adult is valuable as we focus on balance and leading a well-rounded life.
