Our Standard Membership is for all our students, available to all ages. It includes all the classes on our schedules!
The CDC considers Martial Arts such as Taekwondo a vigorous aerobic exercise. Taekwondo also fulfills all 3 types of physical activity recommended for children: aerobic, muscle strengthening, and bone strengthening.
The benefits of Taekwondo doesn’t stop there! Taekwondo is an excellent stress reliever, full-body exercise program, and we love our character education and academic programs for our students!
